Responsibilities:

• Management of the team
• Preparation of daily reports and taking necessary actions when targets are not met
• Manpower planning and station ergonomics
• Scrap management and quality supervision
• Knowledge and adherence to Health & Safety and Human Resources procedures and regulations
• Assist with WIP/Sorts

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisor experience
• Managerial/Supervisory/Logistics qualification
• Valid Forklift License
• Product on hand experience is an advantage
• Above-average computer literacy skills, especially in Excel
