• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Assist in the management of warehouse equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance.
• Identify and report any operational issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team spirit.
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
• Ensure all documentation related to warehouse operations is completed accurately and on time.
