Introduction

We are looking for aWarehouse Supervisor to join our team. The role involves coordinating and executing warehouse activities to meet company and client goals while supporting the Warehouse Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage warehouse space and resources effectively.
Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Develop and track systems for receipt and dispatch management.
Ensure stock rotation and stock audits are completed as required.
Work closely with all departments to maintain inventory control and stock availability.
Liaise with customers to provide updates on goods status.
Maximize space utilization and meet set targets.
Maintain strict warehouse standards, including record-keeping, inspection checklists, toolbox training, PPE compliance, and deductions.
Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure all processes and procedures are accurately followed.
Submit monthly reports to the Warehouse Manager, including forecasting, budgeting, and trends for the upcoming month.
Ensure efficient pallet supply management and daily returns execution.

Desired Experience & Qualification

️ Matric (Grade 12)
️ Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
️ Experience with SAGE Evolution
️ Intermediate Excel proficiency
️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment within FMCG
️ Experience in medium or large business warehousing

Working Hours: Shift Worker 8am - 5pm & 10am - 9pm
