Job Purpose :
The role is primarily responsible for supervising storage, distribution, inventory management, and records maintenance in a warehouse. It also aims to ensure the company's targets and objectives are met to satisfy customer requirements.

JOB SPECIFICATION :
The main tasks include:
- Managing stock and assets in the warehouse.
- Supervising order picking, goods in/out, stock counting, and identifying stock.
- Preparing worker schedules and ensuring safety compliance.
- Ensuring stock accuracy and proper storage locations.
- Monitoring stock levels and preventing shortages.
- Handling customer queries and submitting reports.
- Minimizing stock loss and conducting timely stock counts.
Managing asset movements, logistics, and transportation, ensuring timely delivery and proper record keeping.
Additional responsibilities include inventory and asset management, supervising staff, implementing quality control, maintaining documentation, optimizing processes, facilitating communication, training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enforcing policies.
