A well-known national cosmetic company is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (Culture Focus) to join their team on a full-time permanent basis at their Bellville offices.

About the job:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, monitoring, and motivating the Warehouse team (Picking, Packing, Checking, etc.).
The Supervisor must ensure that all Team Leaders and team members are trained in and adhere to Warehouse Floor rules and procedures, ensuring all teams meet deliverables while upholding the company’s culture and values.
Responsibilities include conducting 1-on-1s, managing return-to-works, overseeing leave, and participating in the recruitment process.
The Warehouse Supervisor will also handle people management and IR-related processes.
Position Requirements:
- Industrial Psychology / Human Resource Management / BCom Management qualification (or equivalent) OR 3 years’ experience in a similar role / HR Officer Retail Role
- Experience in an operations environment; experience in the cosmetic or pharma industry is advantageous
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Investigate and identify problems or concerns in duty execution and inform relevant parties
- Communicate positively and confidently between teams to achieve goals
- Ensure quality by regularly checking the detail and quality of work
- Delegate, persuade, and lead to meet business deliverables

- Compile reports and provide professional feedback to management
- Investigate and execute disciplinary, performance, and motivational measures in line with People Support policies
