Job Title : Warehouse Supervisor (2 Positions)

Salary : R15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Transport : Own reliable transport required

Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent

Position Overview :

We are currently recruiting two experienced Warehouse Supervisors for our clients' operations based in Paarden Eiland and Parow. These roles require hands-on leadership and a proactive approach to warehouse and stock control. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, leading a warehouse team, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Supervise all aspects of stock control, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock integrity.

Minimize damages, losses, and stock discrepancies through tight control and preventive measures.

Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate variances, and manage periodic full stock takes.

Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Accurately maintain stock transaction records on the inventory management system.

Oversee maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, equipment, and vehicle fleet.

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused warehouse team.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; a post-matric qualification in warehousing or logistics is advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, and stock control.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with confident decision-making ability.

High attention to detail and strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Sound knowledge of health and safety protocols.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as operationally required.
