What will your main responsibilities be?
  1. Job Summary: Overall leader for the warehouse (line supply, receiving, shipping, and palletizing).
  2. Responsible for safety and quality procedures, assisting in finding materials, resolving operational concerns within all areas, and overall personnel management.
  3. Lead monthly stock count and weekly cycle counts.
  4. End-to-end warehouse management, including loading and off-loading trucks, while maintaining food safety and quality.
  5. Utilize SAP System to execute production orders, monitor production supply area (PSA), and reconcile production orders.
  6. Conduct audits on storage locations, unit numbers, item numbers, and quantities.
  7. Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, and battery changers.
  8. Reconcile production orders using SAP and DLxP systems, correcting errors related to finished goods.
  9. Perform daily physical inventories and audit PSA weekly.
  10. Investigate inventory errors, analyze reports to determine variance causes, and reconcile between SAP and DLxP systems.
  11. Coordinate with site management on production schedules and material issues.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management, and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  13. Attend daily production meetings, host shift briefs, and participate in attainment calls.
Experiences & Qualifications
  • University Degree or diploma; Matric (Maths and Science - Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of production, engineering processes, supply chain, and planning.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in PC Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
