Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Bloemfontein. The role focuses on supervising staff, managing inventory accuracy, and maintaining high safety standards within the facility.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient distribution operations in the Free State region, driving productivity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role in a warehouse environment.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
• Experience leading and supervising a team of warehouse workers.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to warehouses.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking software.

About the Role

This role is hands-on, focusing on managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and leading a team of warehouse associates. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety within the warehouse.
