Job description

Candidate to be locatedwithin or 10km from Randburg.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage
• Record stock levels using Nucleus Service (inventory management system)
• Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy with Finance team
• Label and store items systematically for easy retrieval

Shipping & Receiving

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with service teams
• Unload deliveries and verify against purchase orders

Equipment & Safety

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other machinery (if certified)
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Report hazards or incidents and follow safety protocols

Teamwork & Communication

• Liaise with procurement, and customer service teams
• Assist in training new staff or temporary workers when needed

Additional Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and report defects or discrepancies
• Support stock rotation and implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices
• Assist with audits and compliance checks
