Placements24 in Gauteng is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join a busy consumer electronics distribution operation in Tembisa. You will pick orders with a scanner or pick list, pack securely, label shipments, and help maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and may engage in overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
• Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15-20kg.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using a scanner and/or pick list.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Label packages with shipping and return addresses.
• Perform quality checks on picked items and packed orders.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety policies.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Meet daily picking and packing productivity targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on workflow.
