Job summary

talentCRU Proprietary Limited is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while maintaining an organized and productive environment. You will lead a team to improve efficiency, manage inventory, and align with supply chain goals, using data-driven approaches to cut costs and enhance service levels.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a Grade 12 or SCM

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Logistics and/or Warehousing.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Own transport to commute to site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Improve warehouse workflows to ensure timely order fulfillment and cost reduction.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrate warehouse operations with the broader supply chain.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations using data-driven insights.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
