Warehouse Manager (Steel)

Warehouse Manager (Steel) required in Johannesburg East.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take charge and ownership of the Stores and Warehouse.
• Manage and control the overall movement, allocation, and flow of Inventory, Buyout goods, Raw Materials, and Consumables within the company.
• Manage the Receiving, Dispatching, Delivery, Import and Export processes.
• Comply and implement Sound Policies, Processes and Procedures within the Stores and Warehouse department.
• Maintain the Highest Standards of Material Handling, Documentation, Record keeping, and Quality Control of Inventory and Materials with the Stores and Warehouse department.

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum working experience within the Steel and Metal industry, or Engineering Industry.
• 5 years minimum working experience with an ERP system such as Sage, Pastel, Syspro, SAP, Palladium etc.
• Experience with valve manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Experience with pipe fabrication will be an added advantage
• Matric / Grade 12
• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Supply Chain and Logistics, Inventory Management, Stores and Warehousing, or Business Management.
• Certificate in Project Management and Planning will be an added advantage.
• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Any other qualifications or skill straining certificates will be an added advantage.

Salary: R32 000 – R40 000 per month.
