Warehouse Manager (JB5259)
Witbank, Mpumalanga
R35 – 40 000 CTC per month no benefits

Recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of operations at a primary warehouse in the Witbank area, along with oversight of three satellite sites. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on stock management experience, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth logistics and inventory flow, while upholding high safety standards and minimizing stock loss.


Minimum Requirements:
  1. Matric (Grade 12) is essential
  2. Diploma or Certificate in Logistics Management or a related field is advantageous
  3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehousing, Stock Control, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
  4. Previous experience in handling yellow equipment, earthmoving, or crushing and screening equipment will be beneficial
  5. Strong knowledge of ERP stock systems and advanced Excel skills
  6. Sound understanding of warehousing and procurement policies
  7. Proven leadership ability with a track record of team development and performance management
  8. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  9. Own reliable transport is essential

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate inventory control across multiple warehouse sites
  2. Ensure accurate stock levels through routine cycle counts and ageing reports
  3. Oversee receiving, issuing, and dispatch processes to maintain operational flow
  4. Enforce compliance with international warehouse safety and operational standards
  5. Lead and supervise a team of four (including Warehouse Supervisor and Assistants)
  6. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs through regular coaching and training
  7. Maintain accurate reporting on warehouse activities and submit timely reports to senior management
  8. Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction across the operation
