Warehouse & Stock Control Manager – Drive Operational Excellence

Our client, a global leader in natural ingredients and integrated solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industry, is seeking a Warehouse & Stock Control Manager to ensure seamless inventory and distribution processes.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Warehouse Control: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and distribution, ensuring they align with company policies and objectives. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to meet cost targets.
2. Stock Control: Reconcile stock with data systems, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain accurate stock levels. Investigate discrepancies and control scrap, ensuring proper authorization.
3. Distribution Control: Oversee to guarantee timely dispatch of orders.
4. Receiving Control: Ensure accurate and timely receipt and confirmation of deliveries.
5. Administration: Produce monthly reports and maintain key statistics for management.
6. SHEQ Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations comply with the OHS Act, maintaining high health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements :

1. BCom Degree / Diploma (advantageous).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience with inventory management software.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel.
5. Strong understanding of operational processes.
