This critical role involves managing all aspects of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, optimize warehouse layout and processes, and manage inventory levels effectively to support manufacturing and customer demands. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and robust tracking systems.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements
