This includes managing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accurate inventory control, and leading a dedicated team of warehouse staff.

You'll also play a key role in upholding safety standards and driving continuous improvements across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee goods receiving, order picking / packing, and dispatch activitiesManage and maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and auditsLead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff (drivers, pickers, packers, cleaners)Ensure all safety, security, and compliance procedures are adhered toTrack delivery vehicles and monitor distribution efficiencyOptimize warehouse layout and storage capacityCollaborate with the Commercial Manager to meet company goalsMaintain clear documentation and reporting on all warehouse activitiesQualifications and Knowledge RequiredA relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain ManagementMinimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics management roleStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Outlook)High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving abilityA strong understanding of warehouse health & safety best practicesLeadership & Team ManagementOperational ExcellenceClear CommunicationProblem-SolvingNumerical AcumenCompliance & IntegrityAnalytical ThinkingCustomer Service OrientationWhy Join Us?At Le Creuset, we don't just offer iconic cookware — we build iconic careers.
