What You'll Be Doing:

1. Stock Management: Maintain accuracy and efficiency in inventory control.
2. Warehouse Staff Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage the warehouse team.
3. Monthly Stock Takes: Ensure precise stock counts and accountability.
4. Client ETA Management: Keep customers informed with accurate delivery timelines.
5. Project Logger Oversight: Monitor and manage security equipment projects.
6. Inter-Branch Transfers: Coordinate seamless stock movement across branches.
7. Repairs & Exchanges: Ensure quick turnaround times for customer needs.
8. Divergent Stock Control: Investigate and manage stock discrepancies.
9. Departmental Reporting: Deliver clear and effective monthly reports.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

1. Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse or Logistics Management.
2. 5+ years experience in a distribution warehouse environment.
3. 5+ years experience managing staff in a fast-moving operation.
4. ERP Software proficiency (Sage Evolution or similar).
5. Strong interpersonal, administrative, and multitasking skills.
