We're looking for an energetic and solutions-focused WAREHOUSE MANAGER at MEZE FOODS (member of the Nurture Brands Group) to take full ownership of our warehouse operations across both retail and food service distribution.In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you'll lead from the front—ensuring stock accuracy ?, food safety compliance ?

• What You'll Do : - Lead, coach and inspire the warehouse team to achieve daily targets and KPIs- Oversee receiving, storage, rotation, picking and dispatch of stock- Champion inventory accuracy with strong cycle counting and ERP controls (Syspro experience a plus!

Drive packaging procurement and supplier relationships over time- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and audit standards (FSSC, GMP)- Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence
