Warehouse Manager

Our client, a leading importer of quality tyres distributing to the South African retail market, is looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to oversee our tire import and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, optimize warehouse operations, and ensure the efficient distribution of tires.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments and stock control.
2. Coordinate logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and route planning.
3. Supervise warehouse staff, manage shifts, and ensure safety compliance.
4. Monitor and report on warehouse performance, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
5. Implement process improvements and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in warehouse management.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems.
4. Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management.
