• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10 years or more in warehouse operations management, with a track record of successfully optimizing processes and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and relevant software applications.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders. Ability to communicate bilingually in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
