Required Skills
- Degree in Warehousing/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business
- Experience and knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Distribution management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of an FMCG environment
- Budget management and implementation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- BPCS knowledge (advantageous)
- Accountability and willingness to accept mistakes and seek performance improvement

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities through optimized structure and clear success measures
- Analyze operational results daily, understand deviations, and implement corrective actions collaboratively
- Develop and implement strategies with stakeholders to meet performance indicators
- Research and apply leading-edge solutions to improve performance and customer service
- Ensure compliance with OHS ACT, BCEA, and disciplinary guidelines
- Represent the company professionally through staff training, dress code, and interventions
- Foster a motivated team through continuous training and engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to balance customer service with cost and efficiency goals
- Maintain sustainable customer relationships to optimize warehouse efficiency and costs
- Control warehousing costs via performance measurement and reporting
- Monitor product storage, waste, and related costs
- Ensure quality storage and loading through cold chain management
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
- Analyze SKU movement to optimize storage and utilization
- Review and improve operational procedures
- Manage export compliance and non-conformance communication
- Oversee stock re-supply and order management
