Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities through optimized structure and clear success measures
• Analyze operational results daily, understand deviations, and implement corrective actions collaboratively
• Develop and implement strategies with stakeholders to meet performance indicators
• Research and apply leading-edge solutions to improve performance and customer service
• Ensure compliance with OHS ACT, BCEA, and disciplinary guidelines
• Represent the company professionally through staff training, dress code, and interventions
