VACANCY: WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER
Location: Germiston, Gauteng

A well-established and leading plastic injection moulding company based in Germiston is seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of the warehouse and logistics function.
This is a key role for a dynamic individual who can think out of the box, improve manual processes, and drive the development of more efficient and sustainable systems to manage and control all aspects of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full management of receiving, dispatch, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement practical, scalable systems and procedures for improved efficiency.
• Oversee all stock movement, stock accuracy, bin allocations, and inventory control.
• Coordinate daily operations across dispatch, receiving, and storage areas.
• Ensure optimal space utilization and workflow within the warehouse.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance.
• Generate reports and provide input for continuous improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics leadership role.
• Solid background in dispatch, receiving, stock control, and inventory management.
• Experience working in environments reliant on manual processes (non-WMS).
• Ability to design and implement internal controls and warehouse SOPs.
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
