Key Purpose: Check that all Fiscal stock movement reflects system movements, counts and reconciles inventory documents.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Safe and accurate checking
  2. Effective stock quality management through adherence to stock rotation guidelines and counting of stock on floor
  3. Ensure splits made by pickers are accurate
  4. Ensure Returns are counted and checked back in
  5. Shipment and inventory documentations are consolidated and reflect actual movements
  6. Ensure fiscal movement and SAP movements are reflected on time
  7. Ensure safe operating practices of forklifts are adhered to at all times to avoid accidents and injuries
  8. Ensure that Department of Labour stacking exemptions are complied with
  9. Ensure FEFO compliance and ABC compliance
  10. Ensure cleanliness of the DC Warehouse is upheld in order to maintain our product quality
  11. Adherence to 5S guidelines
  12. Adherence to legal stacking guidelines

Key Attributes and Competencies:

  5. Ability to adapt to change effectively
  6. Good numerical ability
  7. Ability to change shifts on short notice
  8. 3-year Diploma in Logistics
  9. SAP Literacy, Computer literate, Excel, PowerPoint and Web tools, Inventory process
  10. People and team management
