Globelink Interport Logistics is a leading distribution company based in Gauteng, South Africa.

We are currently seeking dedicated Pickers and Packers to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Picker / Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment.

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and understand customer orders to accurately pick and pack products.
2. Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.
3. Use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to designated areas.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
6. Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the company.
7. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience as a Picker / Packer in a warehouse or distribution center will be an advantage.
3. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
4. Basic math and computer skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
