Warehouse Controller position available in Durban.

An opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Controller is available for permanent employment based in KwaZulu Natal.

Responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory integrity, coordinating operations involved in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, and partnering with intralogistics teams to ensure efficient material flows within a highly automated environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor inbound and outbound goods, maintaining accuracy from receiving through dispatch.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies with system data and physical stock.
• Coordinate shipments, handle documentation, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage warehouse layout for optimised space utilisation, safety, and operational flow.
• Supervise warehouse team members and liaise across departments for smooth logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
• Utilise WMS/WCS/MES systems for real-time tracking and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement through data-driven process enhancements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) minimum; tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain control, ideally within automated or manufacturing settings.
• Strong systems experience (ERP/WMS) or related logistics software.
