Placements24 in South Africa is seeking diligent Warehouse Associates for the night shift in Welkom. You will perform receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping with accuracy, working as part of a team to keep operations running overnight.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina, reliability and the ability to follow instructions in a safe, organized warehouse. Training on equipment and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a changing work environment.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against orders.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specific instructions.
• Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts and report any stock discrepancies.
