Wootware in Somerset West is seeking a reliable warehouse teammate to help receive, store, and dispatch stock, ensuring accurate records and smooth daily operations.

You’ll work in either Receiving or Dispatch, perform stock checks, pack items securely, process orders, and maintain tidy, efficient workflows in a fast-moving tech environment.

Must be over 18 with own transport; full-time role in the Western Cape. You’ll benefit from staff deals on components and opportunities to grow.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and unloading incoming stock deliveries; inspecting products and verifying quantities; booking stock into system and assigning storage locations; organizing shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy; assisting with stock takes and internal stock requests.
• Picking products on order from storage; assigning products to orders; packing items securely for shipping; processing courier waybills and shipment documentation; preparing manifests and facilitating courier collections; ensuring customer collection orders are ready and correct.

We've got a position open within our Warehouse Department (the engine room of Wootware), where all the receiving, storage, and dispatch magic happens.
Whether it's booking in a new shipment of GPUs or carefully packing a customer's dream build for delivery, the work you do here directly shapes the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

In the warehouse, you'll form a vital part of either the Receiving Team or the Dispatch Team, depending on where your strengths lie.
Here's what to expect from each:

Receiving Team:

• Receiving and unloading incoming stock deliveries
• Inspecting products and verifying quantities
• Booking stock into our system and assigning storage locations
• Organising shelves and ensuring proper stock rotation
• Assisting with periodic stock takes and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Processing internal stock requests between departments

Dispatch Team:

• Picking products on order from storage
• Assigning products to orders
• Packing items securely for shipping
• Processing courier waybills and shipment documentation
• Preparing manifests and facilitating courier collections
• Ensuring customer collection orders are ready and correct

The starting salary for this position is R 9,000 *
