Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements
• Use handheld scanners and other equipment to ensure accurate inventory management
• Inspect products for damages or defects and report issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
