An exciting opportunity has arisen at Broadmoor High Secure Hospital for a full-time position as Ward Administrator on Sandown Ward.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure. This role is exceptionally busy, and we seek someone with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages, high-level organisational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines and competing priorities. Above all, you will be motivated, hardworking, and able to work as part of our core team. Due to the nature of the work, confidentiality is of great importance.
Your duties will include working closely with the Ward Clinical Nurse Manager and liaising with internal staff and external agencies. You should have a good standard of general education and be proficient in Microsoft software. Organisation and excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with excellent interpersonal skills, is also required.
