• Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.
2. Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience and assist with any special requests.
3. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials, to make recommendations to customers.
4. Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
5. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
6. Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
8. Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
9. Provide excellent customer service at the bar, ensuring guests are attended to in a timely and friendly manner.
10. Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
11. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
12. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
13. Keep up-to-date knowledge of cocktail recipes and industry trends.
14. Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in food service, bartending, or customer service is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
5. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (bartenders).
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. A positive attitude and a passion for providing great service.
8. Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
