Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests On Board Cruise Shipin a warm and friendly manner, while providing them with menus and taking their orders

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure all guest requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and assist with setting up and clearing tables

- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to guests

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Work closely with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests

- Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

- Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hotel

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Must be able to obtain necessary travel documents and pass a background check
