Waiter

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests in the restaurant, tasting room, and during private functions.
• Present menus, explain dishes and wine pairings, and assist guests in making informed choices.
• Ensure tables are impeccably set and cleared with efficiency and elegance.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining environment, in line with 5-star standards.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or upmarket wine estate preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing is an advantage (WSET or similar certification a plus).
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
