Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd seeks a professional waiter for luxury and mainstream hospitality venues in Limpopo. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service across hotels, lodges, resorts, restaurants and cafes.

Responsibilities include accurate order taking, timely service, teamwork, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards while upselling where appropriate. Flexibility with shifts, weekends and holidays is required to thrive in a busy operation.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and at least 12 years of waiter experience in hospitality.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification preferred; HACCP certification advantageous; responsible alcohol service advantageous.
• Experience in luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service at hotel, lodge, resort, restaurant or café settings.
• Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and manage multiple tables with efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 12 years' experience as a Waiter in a hotel, lodge, resort, restaurant, or fine dining establishment. Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.

Qualifications

Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification (preferred). Food Safety/HACCP Certification (advantageous). Responsible Alcohol Service training (advantageous).

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service. Understanding of table service, buffet service, and banquet service. Basic wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge. Experience using POS systems. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to carry trays and serve multiple tables efficiently.
