Hospitality certificate or F&B service qualification (advantageous)

Prior experience as a Waiter in a luxury or boutique hotel restaurant

Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality service etiquette

Professional grooming and confident communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a warm, guest-centric attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented service environment

Must be a South African citizen or hold valid working documents

Provide exceptional table service aligned with hotel and brand SOPs

Greet guests, present menus, and confidently explain dishes and drinks
