Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they enter the dining room and escort them to their table

- Present menus and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system

- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure all orders are accurate and of high quality

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables

- Assist with preparing and clearing tables as needed

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and fellow crew members

- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for guests

- Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager or other superiors

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
