Responsibilities

• Provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverage
• Make menu recommendations
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Inform customers about the day's specials
• Take accurate food and drinks orders - Communicate order details to kitchen staff
• Arrange table settings and maintain tidy dining areas
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
