A leading real estate development company is seeking a seasoned professional to drive their sales, marketing, and operational strategies across various business functions. Your role will include overseeing property sales, hospitality opportunities, and commercial operations, while leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with regulations. Real Estate Development
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and serviced plots or units. Oversee pricing models, sales targets, customer journey, and post-sale service. Lead marketing campaigns, show homes, and promotional events. Manage relationships with agents, brokers, institutional buyers, and individual investors. Support sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to optimize marketing efforts.
Work with the marketing team to ensure alignment with operational capabilities and guest experience.
Identify new hospitality opportunities within the estate. Manage and coordinate existing hospitality offerings.
Identify commercial opportunities and suitable business types for the estate. Assist the Retail Manager in attracting and negotiating with prospective operators, franchisees, and anchor tenants. Develop frameworks for business licensing, space leasing, and operational oversight. Coordinate fit-out and business launch timelines. Oversee ongoing operational management.
Supervise golf course operations, including maintenance, staffing, member services, tournaments, and retail. Ensure high standards of service, safety, and aesthetics. Implement programs to increase membership, engagement, and revenue.
Analyze development budgets, cash flow, and ROI. Drive sales revenue, leasing income, and value-add opportunities. Provide regular progress reports to the board.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across development, sales, legal, and marketing. Foster collaboration internally and externally. Engage with residents, investors, government agencies, and the community.
Monitor and mitigate risks related to development, finance, legal, and reputation. Ensure compliance with laws, environmental regulations, and planning guidelines.
Business or related tertiary qualification preferred. 10+ years in operations, sales, and leasing, especially in mixed-use developments. Proven success in property sales and commercial business operations. Proficient golfer.
