We are seeking a strategic visionary and hungry Vice President of Marketing to lead and expand our B2B and DTC marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone with a startup mindset, capable of rolling up their sleeves and doing the work themselves at first, while also being able to build and scale a team as the company grows.
You'll be instrumental in crafting and executing a bold marketing vision for our company, which has already received backing from two Sharks on Shark Tank!
About the Role :
As the Vice President of Marketing, you will lead a small but growing marketing team, including hiring key positions like a B2B Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager.
Initially, you will wear multiple hats, taking a hands-on approach to everything from strategy to execution. We need a team player who thrives in an environment where flexibility, innovation, and quick thinking are crucial. You will be laying the foundation for future team members, so a visionary leader with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get things done is essential. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies across B2B and DTC channels, optimizing budgets, and refining campaigns to ensure maximum growth and ROI. You will need to identify patterns in the business, determine what’s working, and make bold data-driven decisions to optimize the business. If you love a challenge, have a keen eye for budget optimization, and can see the bigger picture while managing the details, this is the role for you.
