Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the regional financial controllership function ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Drive compliance with SOX and US GAAP standards across all reporting entities
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and operational heads
• Oversee financial planning analysis and internal controls
• Lead and develop a highperforming team of finance professionals
• Liaise with global finance teams and external Auditors to ensure audit readiness
• Champion continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives

Experience and Skills Required :

• 1015 years of progressive financial experience with at least 10 years in the mining industry
• Proven leadership experience in a Head of Financial Control or similar senior finance role
• Strong expertise in SOX and US GAAP compliance
• Demonstrated success in managing regional or multicountry finance teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
