Crossing Hurdles is seeking experienced Voice Actor/Coaches to analyze short speech recordings and deliver precise written assessments using professional voice terminology. This remote contract role demands strong listening, analytical, and reporting skills.

You will describe vocal characteristics, assess tone and delivery, and contribute to AI model training with clear, structured reports. Prior background in voice acting or coaching is required, with excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Professional background in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, vocal pedagogy, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of speech analysis, prosody, intonation, phonetics, accent and dialect variation, and vocal quality assessment.
• Experience with audio or sound engineering, especially in evaluating recording quality and acoustic environments.
• Familiarity with technical vocal concepts such as resonance, placement, and breath control.

• Collaborate asynchronously via digital platforms, providing objective, high‑quality input to enhance voice and speech systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); native proficiency in any language is welcome.
