The role requires a strong portfolio, solid design principles, color theory and space planning, plus the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Travel between store locations and access to industry events are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful visual merchandising projects and creative display designs.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies for all store areas, including window displays and promotional setups.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual standards are maintained across all displays and store layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align visual merchandising with promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Source and manage display props, fixtures, and materials needed for effective merchandising.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform visual strategies.
