About the Role

You will be responsible for translating brand concepts into compelling visual narratives across the store environment, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an attractive and appealing manner. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, understands retail trends, and can execute visual merchandising strategies effectively to enhance brand image and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual merchandising plans and displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Install and maintain attractive window displays, in-store arrangements, and promotional setups.
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively, correctly priced, and aligns with the store's overall aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the store management and marketing teams to align visual strategies with sales and promotional objectives.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to ensure visual displays remain full and appealing.
• Stay updated on the latest visual merchandising trends and competitor activities to inform display strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar visual presentation role within retail.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Excellent creative flair, attention to detail, and a good sense of style.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into effective visual displays.
