Fitness4Less is constantly innovating their service to improve the membership experience and believe in retaining and nurturing relationships through personalised and friendly business to consumer connections.

Purpose of role

This role exists to deliver visually engaging, high-performing digital design assets across multiple brands within the group, including a portfolio of gym brands and CVER Magazine. The Visual Digital Designer will sit within the marketing function and will play a hands-on role in bringing campaign concepts to life, maintaining brand consistency, and designing across a wide range of digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is an independent, self-sufficient designer who can contribute creatively without the need for daily mentorship or technical training. You must be confident using the necessary design platforms and capable of managing your own output while collaborating closely with other creatives across the team

Duties and responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital content for social media, including static posts, ads, reels, and stories • Create engaging email designs and newsletter layouts
  • Design landing pages and optimize existing web pages using platforms such as WordPress and Webflow
  • Develop web graphics including banners, tiles, and app visuals
  • Contribute to campaign creative development, including overall look and feel, digital ad sets, and screen artwork
  • Edit and retouch photos for digital campaigns and social media assets
  • Perform basic video editing when required
  • Design digital stationery such as branded letterheads and email signatures
  • Maintain a strong understanding of best practices across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)

Skills/Experience

  • • 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital design within a marketing environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, email layouts, and campaign assets
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
  • Experience with WordPress and/or Webflow for landing page updates and optimizations
  • Comfortable working independently without a senior designer or mentor
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, and digital best practices
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills Desirable
  • Web programming (HTML code specifically) although you will not develop full websites or landing pages

Location and Hours:

This position can either be remote or hybrid; 09.00-18.00
