OUR SCHOOL : Reddam House Helderfontein, located in the Helderfontein Estate Valley near Dainfern, Fourways, offers a tranquil, secure environment with outdoor learning opportunities, promoting holistic development and academic excellence.

We provide weekly and termly boarding for Grades 6–12, especially catering to students from Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, and neighboring countries.

ROLE SUMMARY : To support students' overall well-being and academic progress by creating a positive, engaging learning environment and motivating students to reach their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons.
2. Collaborate with the Arts team to promote Art, Music, Dance, and Drama.
3. Create a nurturing teaching environment that fosters engaged learning.
4. Maintain professionalism regarding punctuality, behavior, work standards, and homework.
5. Reflect on and improve teaching practices.
6. Teach extra lessons as needed, typically two afternoons per week.
7. Produce high-quality resources for students.
8. Demonstrate loyalty to Reddam House values.
9. Set and mark exams and student assessments.
10. Write report comments.
