Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software architecture with a significant focus on blockchain technology.
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex blockchain solutions.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms and smart contract development.
• Experience with distributed systems, cryptography and network security principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence technical direction.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the overall architecture for the client's blockchain initiatives.
• Lead the design and development of decentralized applications (dApps), private/public blockchains, and tokenization platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain development teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools for various use cases.
• Ensure blockchain solutions are secure, performant, and meet regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to translate requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
