About the Role

The client is seeking a results-driven and English-proficient Virtual Sales Cold Caller to generate and qualify commercial leads. In this role, you'll be focused on outreach to businesses such as care facilities, real estate agencies, property management firms, and strata corporations—not homeowners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong phone presence, skilled in cold outreach, and excited by commission-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to commercial prospects
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Schedule appointments for the internal sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and appointments in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Follow-up with warm leads and re-engage dormant contacts
  • Collaborate with the client team for training, script usage, and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or North American accent
  • Proven experience in phone-based cold calling or outbound sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with business professionals

  • Must be available to work 8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time (Monday through Friday)
