Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a diverse range of live and pre-recorded fitness classes (e.g., yoga, HIIT, strength training, dance).
• Engage participants actively through interactive features on virtual platforms, fostering a supportive community.
• Provide clear instructions, modifications, and demonstrations suitable for various fitness levels.
• Monitor participant progress and offer personalized feedback and encouragement virtually.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends, safety protocols, and online teaching best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote class schedules and attract new participants.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized fitness institution (e.g., Yoga Alliance, ACE, NASM) for the classes you teach.
