Placements24 is seeking certified Virtual Fitness Instructors to lead online fitness classes for a global audience from Centurion, South Africa. You will design and deliver sessions across yoga, HIIT, strength and mindfulness, using live streams and pre-recorded content.

Ideal candidates hold national certifications and have at least 2 years of group fitness experience, including online formats, with strong communication and motivational skills.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA) and relevant specialty certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably online or virtual.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency with video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams) and online fitness platforms.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup for recording and live streaming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver dynamic and effective virtual fitness classes across disciplines (yoga, cardio, strength).
• Provide clear verbal cues and visual demonstrations, with modifications for different fitness levels.
• Engage with participants online, fostering a supportive and motivating virtual community.
• Stay current with fitness trends and best practices, updating class content accordingly.
