Job Description for TurboTax Customer Service Representative

Join TurboTax as a Customer Service Representative and enjoy flexible work hours from home. Here are the details:

  • Pay: $18.50 per hour
  • Bonus: $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th to 15th, with unlimited hours available. Minimum of 8 hours daily on April 13th, 14th, and 15th required to qualify.
  • Certification: Fast 20-hour training over 3 days, with ongoing support.
  • Additional Incentives: $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert.
  • Work Schedule: Set your own hours between 8 am EST and 12 am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday. Minimum 30 hours per week, with options to work more.
Role Responsibilities
  • Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product usage, downloading, login, navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions.
  • Support customers through live calls with guidance from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advocate support from a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS).
