Placements24 is seeking a proactive Virtual Childcare Coordinator to manage online childcare services. This fully remote role oversees virtual educational content delivery, coordinates with remote educators, and ensures a high-quality experience for children in online programs.

You will liaise between families, educators, and the platform, driving smooth operations and continuous improvement of the virtual learning environment from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience managing childcare programs, preferably online or remote.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education and virtual learning tech.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote management.
• Experience with LMS or virtual classroom platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and lead a dynamic remote team.
